This is probably a question we have all had in our heads at one time or another. What the hell is wrong with American women? They are definitely a different breed aren’t they? By far some of the oddest creatures that exist, so what is REALLY wrong with American women?
Well…
• For starters they tend NOT to take care of themselves very well. For whatever reason they believe men should like them no matter what. And so they end up getting overweight and out of shape. Now, love is blind but that doesn’t mean attraction is.
• They wear flip-flops ALL THE TIME! What’s with that? No clue why women think it’s cute or sexy but trust me, if you’re not at the beach, pool or in your home they ARE NOT cute fun or sexy.
• They seem to be stuck on their phones 24/7. If they’re not talking on it they’re texting on it, if they’re not texting they’re taking pictures with it. They are ALWAYS on their phone and have a complete fit if they can’t find it. As if real life isn’t entertaining enough.
• They actually read, understand and LISTEN to stupid girly magazines like Cosmo. These magazines are simply there to grab women in and make money off of them. Which they have successfully done but they’ve also successfully turned potentially smart women into morons.
• They wear PJs in public. What the hell were they thinking? Pjs are not for outside of the bedroom or home. We’ve learned this since birth but somehow American women missed that entire memo.
• They can’t cook. Haven’t they ever heard that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach? Well, apparently not because not only can they not cook but they don’t take the time and effort to try to learn! No one expects you to pop out of the womb a fantastic cook but you could AT LEAST try.
• They put drug addicted, rich pampered loser celebs on a pedestal. And more so then that they try to emulate these ridiculous losers. Turning themselves into these wannabees. What kind of role model is that? For whatever reason American women think it’s a good one.
• They have no sense of what a good man is. They look for the ones that will cheat on them just because they drive a flashy car or buy them a ton of shiny things. All men are capable of that and are willing but if women are JUST chasing the outside (like American women do) then you’re going to get a shallow hollow man. And they don’t care because “He’s good looking”
Now not ALL women are the same and not ALL women are this awful, but in general American women seem to have all of these flaws and more. Some of these are absolutely terrible and we are unable to overlook them.
Maybe American women should take some lessons from other women in different countries. Make themselves better females for us, the better males.

The problem with American women is they never grew out of their teenage years, when having a hot boyfriend was the ultimate status symbol. Now if you read surveys, they’ll say that what they really want in a man is someone who is good humored, sensitive, kind, gentle and loving. But that’s all so much BS. They’d ‘like’ those things, but they’re sort of in the ‘nice but not necessary’ category. What they really want is a hot guy. I know a number of young women who are barely scraping by in life, who are somewhat overweight, and haven’t had a boyfriend in many years. But they doggedly stick to their search for a hot, sexy guy with a hot car. I bet a statistical search would show that prisoners and ex-cons are far less likely to be single than millionaires or silicon valley nerds with high paying jobs. Women will fall for a guy they think is hot and sexy even if he lives in a trailer park and wears a wife-beater shirt wherever he goes. But a skinny computer programmer or nerdy banker? Forget it! A balding guy who can treat them to world trips every summer? A guy with a belly who owns a large house? A funny guy with a big nose but who owns a boat and a nice cottage? Nope. Give them the guy with the wide shoulders, the leather jacket, the day old growth of beard, the motorcycle, and the criminal record for spousal abuse every time.
I know a number of women as well who are curvier and haven’t had a boyfriend in years, but that’s not because of “doggedly stick[ing] to their search for a hot, sexy guy with a hot car”–not to forget that attraction and beauty are entirely relative (need I point out chubby chasers?). For them, it’s because the converse can be true–many men overlook the plain, too-thin, too-soft, too-anything in hoping of snagging a “better” prize; and these girls are told the classic, “I just want to be friends.” (Everyone hears this at least one point in their life time, I would think.) It is the fault of both sides. We feed into the narrow-minded idea that not only do “I want this, so I’ll get this and only this”, but also the idea of what is deemed acceptable to be seen as attractive, especially with regards to what friends will think. (Women do tend to ask their friends what they think of a potential catch; and the guys I know usually do this, too.) That said, I think most people don’t grow out of the high-school phase. Not just women or just men.
And honestly, I absolutely love lanky, geeky guys; the more awkward the better. That’s actually a total turn-on. A friend of mine is really into guys with stomachs, and another, short guys with “meat on their bones”. Again–attraction and beauty are relative. We all just need to suck up the idea that we always get and should get what we “want”, and only that.

I think a better list would include things like:
– The lack of understanding between needs and wants.
This is a common problem for both sexes in America. But women seem to have a more distorted view of what is necessary versus something that they need. (80% of ads are geared to them.)
– Aren’t honest with themselves and sometimes you.
A good question to ask a woman is who are you and what do you want to be? If she can’t answer that you most likely don’t want to be with her.
– Talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk.
Examine her actions with what she tells you. Does she say that she wants to be a housewife but goes to Taco Bell when she’s hungry? Or dodge your niece or nephew when they come over because they are so loud and annoying? Maybe she is just saying that because she feels like she has to have kids because everyone else has. Or that she thinks being a housewife is easy (it isn’t).
– Trying to change you.
Women who try to change core personality traits in you. And if she succeeds dump him because you aren’t the man she fell in love with.
– Can’t let go of the past.
Maybe their last boyfriend cheated on them or he moved out leaving her with tons of bills or just a jerk. Either way now it’s all on you. She is hyper paranoid that you are going to the exact same thing.
Sounds like a bitter personal issue you have which is not indicative of all American women.

The majority of married, middle aged women i see were thin and pretty when they married but have now turned sort of dumpy(not that the men are entirely innocent). I find myself lucky to have a mom who has always taken good care of herself. Shes healthy and really pretty too. My friends all tell me she is. Parents need to set a good example for their kids so they dont lead unhealthy lifestyles too.

Actually, since I’m an American Girl I’d like to say a few things: 🙂
-I try to take care of myself. I’m simply not physically inclined and not only have no interest in but am bad at sports and running, but I do really enjoy going for walks, bike rides, etc. Playing Basketball can be cool but not the real thing- just messing around. I do try to stay active. I do try to take care of myself but I also try to take care of others first.
-Yep. Sure do. You know why? Because they’re comfortable. My feet don’t get hot in the summer. They match. They’re CHEAP. High heels are impractical, uncomfortable, and very very painful. They’re also expensive. Tennis shoes are okay but I usually find them uncomfortable and too hot. Flats are nice but I can’t afford more than one or two pair and they don’t match many of my outfits, (which were hand-me-downs). I don’t think they’re sexy. I don’t care if they’re sexy. I don’t choose my footwear based on whether men will be impressed or not. Function over Fashion, I always say.
-I don’t have a phone. I can’t afford one. I have used other people’s on a few occasions, and from what I can see, they’re a pain to browse the web on (they’re so frazzling tiny!). I hate talking on the phone and texting isn’t much better and I have no one to call or text anyway.
-I don’t, My favorite magazines (which I don’t have subscriptions to, but read at the checkout line sometimes- I don’t like to waste money on that when I can save for better things) are the Ukulele magazine and Acoustic Guitar magazine. Most others are dumb.
-I do not do that, and it totally baffles me why other people do. Seriously???……
-Well, I’m trying okay? Chili, mashed potatoes, cheesy hashbrown casserole, mac & cheese, beef and noodle soup, pizza, spaghetti, hamburgers, hot dogs, and quesadeas are about all I can well right now, but I’m trying to learn.
-Uh-huh, I know. I ADORE classic rock (modern music = bleh to me) but Eddie Van Halon- I can’t respect the man. Not if he’s gonna spend his whole life glorifying how he has to cancel every other tour so he can go to rehab.
